Executive development at CEO level

Coached the CEO of Sana, the group's food-manufacturing company. At the National Housing Company, designed and delivered executive development for sector CEOs and sector heads — built the assessment instrument, analysed responses, produced an individual development plan per executive, and ran one-to-one sessions on gaps, tools and development priorities.

Turning direction into execution

Prepare the executive decision pack for a national Minister

Responsible for preparing the Steering Committee and Executive Committee presentations submitted to His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development — consolidating results across multiple sectors and their services (Civil Service, Development, and Labour) into a single executive picture that supports decision-making. This is the group-office mandate, performed at national ministry scale.

Built and run a project management office inside a client ministry

Founded the Project Management Unit within the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's General Department of Beneficiary Experience and currently manage it — project governance, delivery tracking, executive reporting and follow-through to closure, across departments and teams that do not report to me.

Executive dashboards and unified reporting

Designed KPI and performance architecture as a core discipline, including a national three-track measurement programme with four dimensions and five maturity levels. Run quarterly executive reviews at Deputy level and monthly consolidated reporting across a cross-border operation.

Governance, delegation and reporting design

Built full governance systems — policies, procedures, process architecture and delegation frameworks — for the General Authority for the Red Sea and the a national risk-management authority, and defined close to 4,000 enterprise processes in BPMN 2.0 across nine Saudi institutions.

Commercial, financial and investment support

Full P&L accountability for the Egypt business unit — budgets, cash, margin and profitability with the finance function. Author of technical and financial offers across major Saudi tenders; grew the ministry portfolio more than threefold across four successive wins through demand-shaping. Delivered the highest-margin engagement in the firm's history.

Organisational structures, policies and procedure systems

Specialist in establishing policy and procedure systems and offices, designing organisational structures, and running gap studies — across meeting architecture, the cascade of strategic objectives down to the operating team, delegation of authority, and the root-cause methodologies management uses to stop problems recurring. These are the instruments that govern companies and return a principal to his own role.

Executive writing in Arabic and English

Prepare and review board papers, executive reports, proposals and correspondence in both languages, including a 194-slide national methodology adopted by a Saudi ministry.
